First Class

If this is your first Tonic Method class, please arrive 15 minutes before the class start time to get checked in, see the studio, and go over the machine. For your first class, you will not be able to join the class if you arrive after the class has started. Grip socks (that are sticky on the bottom) are required. Bring a water bottle. And get ready to challenge, invigorate, and transform yourself!

Please note that we do not offer designated parking. Paid street parking is available as well as 2 Hour Free parking on the outskirts of town. Please be sure to read the parking signs.

First Class is Free for anyone who has never taken a Tonic Method Class. Signing up for this first free class requires a valid credit card on file, as there is a $30 No Show Fee if you book a class and do not show up or a $25 Late Cancel Fee if you book a spot and cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the start of class.

Arriving for Class 

If this is not your first class, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of class. If you do not show up for your reserved spot within 5 minutes after the start of class, then it may be given to a standby student. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class you will be denied entry for your safety and the experience of all clients. If this if your first Tonic Method class, you will not be able to join class after it has started.

Grip Socks

For your safety and for studio cleanliness, grip socks (that are sticky on the bottom) are required. If you don’t have any, you can purchase them at the studio. For more variety check out Toesox or Amazon.

Cancellation

Any cancellations or changes can happen up to 24 hours before the class starts. All cancellations must be completed online by going to Schedule > My Account > and click “cancel” next to your reservation. This includes changing from one class time to another in the same day within 24 hours of your originally scheduled class.

  • A Late Cancel Fee of $25 will occur if you cancel within 24 hours of the class time.*
  • A No Show Fee of $30 will occur if you do not show up to your class that you are signed up for, including no shows for a First Free Class.*

*If you are a Founding Member, Gold Member, or Monthly Member the Late Cancel Fee is $12 and the No Show Fee is $18.

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, but we do understand emergencies occur. The policy is in place to respect others who may want to get into the class and to encourage members to make schedule changes in a timely manner. It also helps to motivate you to stick to your scheduled workout.

If cancellations are made before the 24-hour window, the class credit will go back to your account to be used in the future.

Late Cancel Fees and No Show Fees are processed within 10 days.

Waitlist Policy

If you have selected to be on the waitlist for a class, you will be notified as soon as a spot has opened via text or email (if you have opted in for these notification) . Please make sure you have opted in to receive notifications by going to Schedule > My Account > Settings

You can be added from the waitlist days in advanced or minutes before class starts. If you were added to the waitlist within 24 hours of the start of class and cancel or do not show up for your reservation you will not be charged a Late Cancel Fee or No Show Fee.

If you can no longer attend this class, please cancel your reservation ASAP so that your spot can be given to the next person on the waitlist. We also ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist if you know you are no longer able to attend the class so that the next person on the waitlist has the opportunity to join.

Instructor Changes & Substitutions

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit the class schedule for updates.

All Classes Must be Prepaid

To book a class, you must first create an account and purchase a single class, class package, or monthly membership beforehand. Even when attending a free class or when using an introductory free offer, you must book this online and we will need a credit card on file.

Active Credit Card on File

To attend a class, you must have an active credit card on file. If you fail to pay any services or fees when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before the class start time, you will be charged a Late Cancel Fee of $25. If you have a Monthly Membership, see our Monthly Membership Policy below for details on how to cancel this membership. All retail purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Tonic Founders Membership

If you purchased one of our 50 Tonic Founders Memberships, you can book up to one (1) class per day, everyday! Other perks included in this membership are 10% discounted Private Session at $90/session, 10% discounts on regular priced retail items, and first priority to sign up for events like free classes, trunk shows, and more. Our Tonic Founders Membership rate is guaranteed so long as your membership remains active. You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months annually. To do this, please email [email protected]. This membership will automatically renew every month. We require a 30-day notice if you would like to cancel your Tonic Founders Membership. If you cancel, you will not be able to get this rate again. To cancel your Founders Membership, please complete this form.

Tonic Gold Membership

If you purchased one of our Tonic Gold Memberships, you can book up to ten (10) classes per month! Each additional class per month is a discounted rate of $22/class. Other perks included in this membership are 10% discounted Private Session at $90/session, 5% discounts on regular priced retail items, and invitations to attend free classes, trunk shows, and more. You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months annually. To do this, please email [email protected]. This membership will automatically renew every month. We require a 30-day notice if you would like to cancel your Tonic Gold Membership. If you cancel, you will not be able to get this rate again. Auto-Renewal Monthly Memberships

The 8 Class or 12 Class Automatically Renewing Monthly Memberships do not roll over. You can take the specified number of classes every 30 days. As a Monthly Member if you exceed the number of classes in your membership you will be charged a discounted rate of $25/extra class. This membership automatically renews every month. You may start and stop this membership at anytime, there is no obligation. To cancel your auto-renewal monthly membership, please complete this form. We require a 30-day notice prior to the renewal date to cancel a membership.

Monthly Unlimited Membership

If you have purchased a monthly unlimited membership, you can book up to one (1) class a day, everyday! Monthly unlimited memberships automatically renew every month. This membership may start and stop at anytime, there is no obligation. To cancel your monthly unlimited membership, please complete this form. We require a 30-day notice prior to the renewal date to cancel a membership.

Pregnancy or Postpartum

If you are pregnant or postpartum and have been cleared by your doctor to exercise, Tonic Method is a great low impact form of strength training. Please arrive early before your class to meet with the instructor and go over modifications.

Under the Age of 18

If you are under the age of 18 you will need to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian BEFORE taking your first class. Please email [email protected] once you have created an account.

Security Cameras

Fore safety and security reasons, we use encrypted security cameras within our facilities.
