Madeleine has always been passionate about fitness and played competitive sports her entire life. After discovering and falling in love with Pilates in 2007, she still missed the high intensity of her other workouts and never felt that Pilates offered a complete workout. Tonic Method is the perfect combination of Pilates and high intensity interval training combined with slow and deliberate movement focused around breath. She loves how meditative Tonic Method is, that you are sore after every class, and that no two classes are the same.

Lauren grew up as an athlete from the get go. With gymnastics, horseback riding, and soccer being younger interests, she discovered a new found love and passion for working out in her late 20’s. She has an extreme love for the Pilates Reformer as she’s been a frequent user of the machine for almost 10 years. This southern girl from Atlanta is ecstatic to show others what amazing results the Tonic Method will bring! She can’t wait for her clients to become stronger as well as feel and look fabulous!

Hannah grew up with a passion for the outdoors, which brought her to Aspen. She found that she needed to supplement her love for the outdoors with Something else -Pilates. She fell in love with the full bodiedness of each exercise and followed her passion to get certified in Pilates. During her certification process, I found Tonic—which took Pilates to the next level. She loves that you are sore after every class and the creativity it involves to plan each class.

Abby has been practicing yoga for over 6 years and grew up dancing. She loves the mind-body connection that you get from Pilates and yoga. She loves Tonic Method because of how effective it is. Her favorite workout is one that is short, hard, and full body, all of which is Tonic!

Texas native Laci moved to Aspen over 10 years ago with a passion for the mountains and outdoor pursuits. An avid skier, cyclist and rock climber, she has also been practicing yoga for many years. When Laci discovered Tonic method, she found the strength training and toning that was missing from her regular routine and she never looked back. Laci loves encouraging clients to push themselves and sharing the immediate, obvious results of Tonic.

California native Kelsey has explored a variety of fitness plans over the years: running, swimming, cross fit, weight lifting, and yoga, but found in Pilates (specifically Tonic Method) what was missing from all other methods: an emphasis on form, breath, and body awareness that allows us to strengthen, tone, and elongate. Kelsey loves a daily dose of Tonic – taking a breath, bringing our attention to our bodies, and slowing down for a killer workout.

Meghan’s passion for movement and full body workouts began with her involvement with competitive dance as a child. It was in the dance studio that she also discovered her love for teaching and inspiring others, and her talent for choreography. While skiing, hiking and exploring the great outdoors are her most-loved hobbies, pushing herself and guiding others in fitness studio workouts has always been her True North. Tonic Method is the perfect combination of focused, challenging and humbling workouts, specifically designed to strengthen us not only physically but mentally. Be prepared to focus, sweat, and push yourself in any one of Meghan’s classes!

Growing up as a competitive dancer, Tori’s passion for fitness and movement started at a young age. After undergoing back surgery, she looked for an activity that would give her a killer workout, but also promote functionality to help get her back to living life to its fullest. In 2013 a friend invited her to a Pilates class and she instantly fell in love and saw results. Tori loves the Tonic Method because it combines the slow movements of traditional Pilates with the high intensity of a HIIT workout. In class, Tori finds a balance between maximizing effort and encouraging thoughtful breath.

Kate is a Midwest girl, who most recently lived on the East Coast running Surf Shops, but who grew up coming to the mountains of Colorado. She has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition. As a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Bikini Bootcamp lover, when she discovered Tonic Method she fell in love with the combination of mindful movement and high intensity training. She loves how each time we step onto the Tonic reformer we challenge ourselves, meet our edge, and leave class feeling stronger, centered, and balanced. Kate is also currently pursuing her Integrative Nutrition Certification (March 2021).

Amanda grew up playing soccer competitively for 15 years, and has always done a wide variety of outdoor sports. When she moved to the mountains, she felt like she was missing a workout that strengthened her muscles, as well as offered the high intensity training she was used to. She loves how Tonic Method compliments her other workouts. After taking her first Tonic class, she was hooked!

Heather discovered Pilates while in college and found it to be a huge compliment to her active lifestyle. She found that Tonic Method has had a positive impact on her performance outdoors. She enjoys all that Aspen has to offer, some of her favorites being snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking. Heather loves to bring her upbeat and quirky personality to her classes. She teaches a range of fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, and cardio sculpt.
